Jansz Premium Cuvée Sparkling Non-Vintage is a refined Tasmanian sparkling wine crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, showcasing the cool-climate excellence of Australia's premier sparkling wine region.

Appearance

Pale straw with brilliant clarity and a gentle green tinge. Persistent fine bubbles create an elegant bead, rising continuously to form a delicate mousse. The wine displays exceptional brightness and purity in the glass.

Aroma

The bouquet is fresh and inviting, opening with delicate honeysuckle and citrus blossom. Bright lemon and grapefruit notes provide lift, whilst subtle hints of nougat and roasted nuts add depth and complexity. A touch of brioche emerges, reflecting careful maturation and traditional method production.

Palate

Beautifully balanced with a creamy, refined texture. The palate delivers delicate stone fruit and citrus flavours—white peach, lemon zest and green apple—supported by crisp acidity that provides structure and freshness. Subtle nougat and almond notes add richness without heaviness. The finish is clean, refreshing and persistent, with lingering citrus and nutty complexity.

Pairs With

Ideal as an aperitif for any celebration or gathering. Pairs excellently with fresh oysters, prawns and delicate seafood dishes. Complements soft cheeses, smoked salmon and canapés. Perfect alongside Asian cuisine, particularly sushi and dim sum. An elegant choice for brunches, garden parties and special occasions.

Winery & Vintage Info

Tasmania is renowned as Australia’s home of great sparkling wines. The fruit used in this Cuvée is grown on selected, cool climate vineyards across Tasmania.

To maximize blending options and complexity in the final wine, batches are kept separate during winemaking. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle and is aged on yeast lees for as long as possible. The perfect balance for our Premium Cuvée is reached at just over two years. Winery Notes
