"A finely crafted, impressive sparkler, blanc des blancs in style (all Chardonnay), from cool-climate Yarra Valley fruit, which represents amazing value. This is an ideal aperitif style. A lovely lemon/gold hue. Spice and citrus notes, especially fresh grapefruit, with a minerally background. An appealing biscuity character emerges on the palate, smothered in lemon butter. With really good length here, this will surely last for the best part of a decade in a good cellar but there seems no reason not to drink it now."
