With Imbue Distillery recently launching just a stones throw from our Nillumbik Cellars store in Diamond Creek We are delighted to be able to offer up their Suburban Gin, the first of many products in the pipeline, and certainly worthy of a place at our bar.

This barrel aged gin stars Imbue distillery’s inaugural Suburban Gin, aged in our beautiful Oak Sherry barrels. Starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbourne’s fringe suburbs, gently aged in a combination of Spanish Sherry casks and Aussie Apera barrels.
