Dalwhinnie Mesa Shiraz 2021 boasts a rich, deep purple colour and is brimming with concentrated flavours of black and red berries. Winery & Vintage Info

Sourced from the original Dalwhinnie vineyard along with our Forest Hutt plantings, a little further down the hill.

Fruit was harvested in distinct batches and fermented separately for 10–14 days. The wine was then pressed to tank to undergo malolactic fermentation and then racked to largely seasoned French oak barrels. After 14 months maturation, the barrels were emptied and some Moonambel and Eagle Shiraz barrels were included in the final blend for further depth and complexity.
