Winemaking Notes

Fermented on skins for 7–10 days using open and closed fermenters. Aged for 18 months in a mixture of new to 3-year-old premium French and American barrels. Rich fruit depth and balance, built on a wet winter and mild summer with regular rainfall through the growing season allowing a gradual build-up of ripe flavours.
