To lock in the specialty coffee flavours, Broken Bean combine their cold brew coffee with vodka and sugar and blend well.
Fortification of the cold brew flavours directly from a fresh brew, guarantees the perfectly balanced drop so that every essential flavour get it’s chance to impress.
Resting. At this step, excess coffee particles settle out at the bottom of the tank - resulting in a refined finish on the liquid. This step takes a month, or so, helping the intricate flavours to combine, develop and mature.
