Blue Pyrenees Bone Dry Rosé 2024

Parcels of Pinot Noir grapes from the Blue Pyrenees Estate vineyard were harvested during the cool of morning to retain flavour and brightness. The juice was fermented between 14-16˚C to enhance the aromatic purity and highlight freshness. The wine underwent Malo-lactic fermentation and battonage on yeast lees to add texture and complexity of flavour. These grapes and techniques create a thoroughly enjoyable wine to enjoy slightly chilled on a warm summer’s day.
