Light translucent gold in colour, the Bakery Hill Classic Single Malt is complex with sweet multi layering of green apples, spiced honey and just a hint of cider on the nose. The flavour ramps up from nutmeg through spiced honey to a firm cereal with a malty richness layered on as a finale. The finish is mouth filling, smooth and lingering, leaving a satisfying warmth. Inspection of the glass reveal amazingly luscious legs of this superb malt whisky.

The flagship Classic Single Malt is the whisky that distiller, David Baker started distilling over 20 years ago to produce. Victoria’s very own “Speyside” style expression with notes of spiced apple, nutmeg, honey and loads of rich malty sweetness.

Australian malted barley, milled, brewed and double distilled onsite at our Melbourne distillery - then matured for up to 8 years in American Oak Ex-Bourbon barrels from Jack Daniels in Tennessee.
