The flagship Classic Single Malt is the whisky that distiller, David Baker started distilling over 20 years ago to produce. Victoria’s very own "Speyside" style expression with notes of spiced apple, nutmeg, honey and loads of rich malty sweetness.
If you enjoy a Macallan, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet or Glenfarclas, you will simply adore the Bakery Hill Classic Single Malt.
Australian malted barley, milled, brewed and double distilled onsite at our Melbourne distillery - then matured for up to 8 years in American Oak Ex-Bourbon barrels from Jack Daniels in Tennessee.
Single barrel maturation to ensure you get every ounce of flavour without blending.
