Bakery Hill Classic Malt Cask Strength is the purest expression of Bakery Hill’s double-distilled, unpeated Melbourne single malt — drawn straight from the cask, bottled individually, and presented without dilution or blending for the ultimate tasting experience. Rich amber gold; intensely sweet vanilla, almond meal, and jaffa on the nose; spiced orange Turkish Delight, malty cereal, and cocoa on the palate; and a deep, enveloping finish with lingering malt richness. Colour

Rich amber gold — the deep, luminous colour of a single malt matured for up to eight years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels at Bakery Hill’s Melbourne distillery, drawn straight from the cask and bottled individually to capture its unique character.

Nose

Intensely sweet and satin smooth — rich malt with overtones of vanilla, almond meal, and jaffa. All the hallmark aromas of Bakery Hill’s Classic Single Malt, amplified and undiluted. Enjoy neat for full impact, or add a few drops of water to unlock its hidden depths.

Palate

Reminiscent of spiced orange Turkish Delight — with a fresh, mouth-cleansing zestiness intermingled with malty cereal and cocoa. Rich and sweet without being cloying, with a brilliant balance of sensations that rewards both the patient sipper and the bold dram.

Finish

Deep and enveloping — with lingering malt richness that carries the spiced orange, vanilla, and cocoa characters through to a long, satisfying conclusion. The finish of a whisky that has had the time and the oak to develop genuine depth and complexity.
