Collection: Woodstock | Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale

Woodstock has been making wine in Blewitt Springs since 1974. Doug Collett established the estate on the plateau above McLaren Vale, where sandy soils over ironstone and clay produce fruit of natural concentration and depth. It is one of the few genuinely family-owned and operated estates remaining in the Vale.

Scott Collett now leads winemaking, continuing the focus his father established on Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz — varieties that find their best expression in Blewitt Springs’ distinctive soils and the warm, maritime-influenced climate of McLaren Vale. The Stocks, a flagship Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate’s oldest vines, is the benchmark expression: generous, structured and built for the cellar.

Across all tiers, Woodstock makes wines that are honest about where they come from — fruit-driven, food-friendly and shaped by five decades of farming the same ground.
