Prohibition Liquor Co. was founded in Adelaide in 2015 by two mates with a vision to craft premium small-batch gin. From a back-yard garage in the inner suburbs, the brand grew into one of Australia’s most decorated craft spirits producers — with medals from San Francisco, Singapore, Tokyo, London and across Australia.

All Prohibition Gin is distilled on a 900L copper pot still named Mary at their Gilbert Street city distillery, with bottling and production at Seppeltsfield Estate in the Barossa Valley. Under Head Distiller Hugh Lumsden, the botanical selection leads with wormwood, blood orange and Australian native lemon myrtle — a gin of genuine character and a story behind every sip.
