With the first planting of their vineyards in 1969, Taylors set out on a journey to create authentic estate grown wines but nothing prepared them for there overwhelming success, with the first vintage awarded a gold medal in every national wine show entered. Whilst the range has since grown to include more varieties, every bottle is still crafted at their Clare Valley estate with the same care and attention as that very first vintage.

The Taylors Estate Cabernet is matured for up to 10 months in French oak barrels (50% 2 years old, remainder 3 years old) prior to final blending and bottling.

Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar well under ideal conditions.
