Appearance

Beautiful light straw with brilliant clarity and a delicate, persistent bead. Fine bubbles rise gracefully through the glass, forming a creamy, sustained mousse — a hallmark of extended time on tirage lees.

Aroma

Complex and inviting, with honeyed richness and bright citrus — lemon zest and grapefruit — woven through elegant secondary characters of freshly baked brioche, toasted almonds and roasted hazelnuts. Subtle hints of biscuit and cream add further depth and sophistication.
