Makers of Dasher & Fisher, Southern Wild Distillery began in 2017 in Tasmania. Specialising in gins that speak of place, a place famous for its remoteness, beauty and untouched purity.

Surrounded by clean air, the purest water runs from the snowmelt from Cradle Mountain through the rich, fertile soils of undulating hills, crossing the narrow coastal plain and into Bass Strait.
