Nebbiolo is famous around the world for its reluctance to make things easy for those who grow and produce ( approx. 148 makers in Australia). The Serafino Bellissimo Nebbiolo 2021 vintage has a strong perfume of violets, and the contradictions of sweet and sour cherries on the palate.

The Nebbiolo grapes are grown on the Little Road vineyard in McLaren Vale, South Australia. These vines were planted in 2000.
