Mr. Mick Rosé 2024 by Tim Adams (Clare Valley)

Mr. Mick’s philosophy was to make affordable wines for everyone to enjoy and our Rosé, one of the most popular wines in the range, honours his legacy.

Unlike many other roses, the fruit for this wine was grown at the Tim Adams Rogers vineyard with only the purpose of making Rosé. Grenache and Sangiovese were harvested at the perfect maturity for rosé winemaking, crushed, chilled and pressed short after to minimise colour extraction while retaining the vibrant red berry flavours. The juices were cold settled and fermented separately at low temperatures for maximum fruit expression prior to careful blending, stabilisation, clarification and bottling. This dry wine has just a touch of some residual sugar to support the natural fruit characters and balance the acidity.
