"Straight-up delicious. The most moreish of Clare rieslings, with emphatic regional character in lime, bath salts, prickly minerality, dashes of almond cream and cinnamon spice. Intense and yet very refreshing. This has a distinct, savoury appeal and suggestions of winemaking nous to build that savoury character. Balanced, lengthy, refreshing and just so darn good. Distinctly Euro-leaning in its vibe, but wholly of the legacy of Mitchell's distinct approach to winemaking. A bloody ripper."
