Lake Breeze Winemaker’s Selection Shiraz 2022 is produced from 45-year-old vines on the Lake Breeze family property in Langhorne Creek — grapes picked at optimum maturity and fermented on skins for 7–10 days in open fermenters, prior to maturing in French oak barriques for 20 months. Released only in outstanding vintages when the wine produced is of exceptional quality, with only the finest barrels chosen for the final blend resulting in very restricted availability. 14.5% alc. 750ml. Cellar 15 years.
