Don Jorge Salles Cuervo pursues his dream and establishes his own tequila calling it El Tequileño to honour the birthplace of tequila. Over the years, his sons join the business and continue the tradition.

The highest quality agave are sourced from the highlands of Jalisco. This region is renowned for being the premier growing region for the blue agave. The mineral rich soil produces agave with a naturally higher sugar content. This is the foundation for making exceptional tequila and Don Jorge expected nothing less.

El Tequileño Reposado Gran Reserva is aged for a minimum of 8 months in American Oak and blended with a small amount of Añejo aged in American Oak. This is a perfectly balanced tequila with real character. Distillery Notes
