Bremerton Tamblyn 2021 is a skilfully crafted blend of four traditional varieties — named in recognition of the Willson family’s Cornish ancestors who migrated to Australia from Cornwall, England, and a tribute to the heritage that has shaped Bremerton since the beginning. Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure, Shiraz delivers bold berry flavours, Malbec contributes floral aroma and bright colour, and Merlot rounds the palate — each variety individually fermented and matured for 18 months in a combination of new and old French and American oak before blending and bottling. Vegan friendly. 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Shiraz, 6% Malbec, 5% Merlot.
