Maison Saint AIX is one of Provence’s most recognised rosé producers, crafting wines from the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation — a high-altitude estate north of Aix-en-Provence, away from the coastal heat, where the Mistral wind and limestone-rich soils produce wines of genuine freshness and aromatic purity.

The AIX Rosé is built on Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah — pale salmon in colour, dry, and unmistakably Provençal. The AIX White blends Rolle (Vermentino), Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache Blanc into a wine of white flowers, stone fruit and mineral character. Both wines are made for the table and the kind of long, unhurried meals that Provence does best.
