Discover Baitz Liqueurs, a distinguished Melbourne spirits producer with a rich heritage dating back to 1946. Created by Eddie Baitz and inspired by his father Clifford (who ran a Fitzroy wine bar and shop with celebrated vintner Samuel Wynn), Baitz Liqueurs began as a Melbourne High School experiment that evolved into a quest for balance and invention. The brand earned its first award for Baitz Cherry Brandy in 1988, followed by multiple trophies and medals for increasingly ingenious liqueur creations. Whilst no longer owned by the Baitz family, these exceptional liqueurs continue to be crafted in Melbourne by family-run company Alepat Taylor, maintaining the tradition of quality and innovation.
