'Korbinian' is a German style Doppelbock by Weihenstephaner. Doppelbocks are extra strong, rich and weighty lagers characterized by an intense malty sweetness with a note of hop bitterness to balance the sweetness. 'Weihenstephaner's Korbinian' dark doppelbock wins over beer lovers with notes of plums and figs, balancing the dark malt aromas reminiscent of toffee, nuts and chocolate.
