The 2024 growing season was challenging, with dry-grown barley, late-breaking rain and frost contributing to a concentrated vintage with strong grain character.
Malt Donkey's grain-to-glass philosophy places this individual growing location at the centre of the experience. Rather than treating barley as simply a brewing ingredient, the producer celebrates its provenance and the distinctive qualities of each harvest.
