Malt Donkey Serrello Tintinara Fine Ale 2025 is a distinctive single-origin expression made from black barley grown around Tintinara in South Australia. The barley comes from shallow, saline, drought-prone soils, reflecting the challenging agricultural environment behind this release.
With its toasted grain character, cocoa husk and dark honey notes, Tintinara takes a more savoury direction within the Serrello range. Its dry finish gives the ale a distinctive character while retaining the range's focus on individual barley origins.
