Malt Donkey Serrello Ungarra brings a distinctly refreshing expression to the producer's single-origin fine ale collection. Made using barley grown around Ungarra on South Australia's Eyre Peninsula, it combines a delicate floral character with the individuality of its agricultural origins.
The barley is grown in brown earth and loam soils, with ironstone over clay, giving this release a strong connection to its place of origin. White peach, wildflower honey and gentle biscuit malt shape the tasting experience, while a subtle saline lift adds freshness and definition.
