The clusters were carefully monitored throughout the season, with meticulous attention paid to achieving optimal ripeness whilst preserving the natural acidity essential for creating balanced, food-friendly white wines. Winemaking Notes

Tamellini Italian Soave 2024 is crafted using traditional winemaking methods that preserve the natural aromas of the noble Garganega grape. The clusters are selected in the vineyard and collected in bins by hand, ensuring meticulous quality control from vine to cellar. The pressing is done without de-stemming and with soft crushing to maintain the original rich aromas and taste, a gentle approach that respects the delicate character of the fruit. The must is cooled to 5Β°C, then fermented with temperature control at 15 degrees Celsius, preserving the wine's fresh fruit character and floral aromatics. Following fermentation, the wine rests for 3-4 months before being bottled, allowing the flavours to integrate and develop the soft sensation and persistent, satisfying finish that characterises this authentic Soave. This careful, traditional approach results in a wine suitable for every moment and culinary pairing.
