Taltarni Sparkling Brut 2014

Taltarni's flagship cool-climate méthode-traditionnelle sparklings are at the very heart of Taltarni; they’re their 'essence'.

With an ideal cool-climate growing season, the sparkling fruit it reached ideal maturity allowing the fruit to retain a natural lean acidity while still developing its full flavour. The fruit was picked at night and pressed immediately to maintain the fresh, vibrant flavours.

Observing traditions, the juice was inoculated and fermented at low temperatures. The individual parcels were blended before being tiraged and allowed to age in the bottle. After 40 months on lees, the wine was disgorged. The 2014 vintage Brut contains 48% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir & 12% Pinot Meunier. Winery Notes
