Slow and sweet, then kicks in peppery and hot with balancing bitterness, salt and smoke. Aromas of seaweed and old oranges, with smoke in the distance and some chalk. Surprisingly fruity and juicy. Delicious, appetisingly dry and fully mature. This beautifully orchestrated variation of Talisker has a lingering finish which cannot outstay its welcome.
