Stefano Lubiana Primavera Pinot Noir 2024 from Tasmania is a certified organic and vegan wine that captures the essence of Tasmania's cool-climate viticulture. Crafted by one of Australia's pioneering organic winemakers, this elegant Pinot Noir showcases the pristine fruit character and refined style that Tasmanian wines are celebrated for.

Appearance

Bright ruby red with garnet highlights, displaying excellent clarity and a luminous quality that reflects the wine's cool-climate origins.

Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant red cherry and wild strawberry aromas, complemented by subtle floral notes of violet. Delicate hints of forest floor and earthy spice add complexity, whilst a whisper of oak provides gentle structure without overwhelming the pure fruit expression.

Palate

Light to medium-bodied with an elegant, silky texture that glides effortlessly across the palate. Juicy cherry and raspberry flavours are beautifully balanced by bright acidity and fine-grained tannins. The organic farming practices shine through in the wine's purity and freshness, leading to a clean, lingering finish with subtle savoury notes.

Pairs With

This versatile Pinot Noir complements roasted duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, and soft cheeses. It's equally delightful with charcuterie or enjoyed on its own as an elegant aperitif.

Winery & Vintage Info

Primavera Pinot Noir is mostly wild fermented, de-stemmed and taken off skins early to retain its bright flavour. The grapes are 100% hand picked, hand sorted and fermented with own yeasts and some whole bunches. Basket pressed after about 3 weeks. The result is a beautiful, soft red wine with natural medium body and wonderful drinkability.
