The winemaking process creates dry and finely textured palate showing ripe orchard fruit, white nectarine and brioche richness. High integrated acidity and chalky mineral thread balance the fruit weight, leading to long elegant finish. Disgorged in October 2025, it will gain further richness over the next 5 years. The traditional Champenoise method ensures exceptional quality with persistent fine bubbles and complex character. The 3 years ageing on lees develops brioche richness and baked bread notes, whilst the combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay creates perfectly balanced taste of fresh fruit.
