A delicate sparkling wine that exhibits refreshing fruit characters supported by subtle yeast characters and refreshing acid. Pale straw with a generous mousse. On the nose strawberries and cream, with a hint of brown sugar and lime. Crisp and elegant, yet creamy. Citrus, rock melon, and warm butter toast.
