The Rymill Classic Release Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 vintage has an intense crimson red appearance. With lifted aromas of toasted spices and tobacco leaf. They meld seamlessly with blood plumbs and fire-roasted pimentos. Beautifully textured tannins with lovely fine length, and an abundance of dark fruits with spice.

"Sourced from Rymill's older northern Coonawarra vineyards. Matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 24 months. One smell/sip and you're in Coonawarra. Blackcurrant, tobacco and mint flavours with tips of violet and anise. Integrated cedar wood, too. It's fully ripe but that cool Coonawarra cabernet persona remains intact."
