The 2024 vintage in Provence benefited from ideal Mediterranean growing conditions that allowed the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness whilst retaining essential freshness. The growing season was characterised by warm, sunny days tempered by cooling maritime influences from the nearby coast, creating the perfect balance for rosé production. Careful canopy management and precise harvest timing ensured the Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Cinsault grapes were picked at peak maturity, capturing the vibrant fruit aromatics and natural acidity that define exceptional Côtes de Provence rosé.

Winemaking

Minuty Prestige Rosé is crafted through meticulous winemaking that prioritises purity and finesse. Following hand-selection of grapes from the finest Provence terroirs and estate plots, gentle pressing separates the free-run juice from pressed juice, retaining only the most delicate fractions. Fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures to preserve the wine's aromatic intensity and freshness. Malolactic fermentation is deliberately avoided to maintain the wine's characteristic tension, minerality and vibrant acidity, resulting in the frank, straight character that has made this cuvée a benchmark for the appellation over the past 25 years.
