Winery & Vintage Info

This wine is crafted from Shiraz grapes sourced from both the Pyrenees region and our Myrtle Point Vineyard in the Gippsland Lakes District. The fruit was carefully harvested, pressed, and the juice was immediately transferred to tank for cold settling. After settling, the clear juice was separated from the lees and prepared for fermentation using the Rhone 4600 yeast strain, which enhances bright fruit character and ensures a dry, complete fermentation. Fermentation was consistently maintained around 16°C. The wine was then racked, stabilised for cold and heat, filtered, and finally bottled on August 8–9, 2024.
