Winery & Vintage Info

Harvested from selected parcels of McLaren Vale Shiraz with each parcel matured separately in old French oak hogsheads. Blended prior to bottling. The final blend is a mixture of vintages to provide consistency in style, add complexity & palate weight. Traditional fermentation in the bottle. Aged on lees for 24 months prior to disgorgement. Dosage of aged Australian fortified Shiraz making a savoury style Sparkling Shiraz with perfect balance.
