"Made with the three traditional grape varieties of Champagne but with some added Pinot Blanc, 60% of the base wine coming from the 2018, 2019 and 2020 vintages. Lemon curd, green apple, white flowers, sea spray, pastry and cream. Yummo. The bubbles are fine and silky, and the mouthfeel and fruit are resonant.
