"Made with the three traditional grape varieties of Champagne but with some added Pinot Blanc, 60% of the base wine coming from the 2018, 2019 and 2020 vintages. Lemon curd, green apple, white flowers, sea spray, pastry and cream. Yummo. The bubbles are fine and silky, and the mouthfeel and fruit are resonant. I enjoyed it immensely by itself but also drank it with a very large amount of cheese. For only $28 you’re getting some very tasty sparkling wine here."
