Winery & Vintage Info

Shiraz and Malbec are de-stemmed (Cabernet is crushed) to open fermenters. Pumped over up to 4 times daily during peak fermentation. Drained & pressed after 7 to 10 days on skins, vineyard dependant. Settled for 24 hours before racking to oak for MLF.

9 months new (10%) and seasoned French and American oak puncheons and hogsheads. Shiraz (70%), Cabernet Sauvignon (22%) and Malbec (8%).
