The Brown Brothers Premium Brut Prosecco is crafted from 100% Glera grapes grown in the cool-climate King Valley at the Banksdale vineyard, situated 485 meters above sea level. Hand-harvested to ensure quality, the grapes underwent primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve their vibrant fruit character, followed by secondary fermentation in a pressure tank using the Charmat method at five atmospheres to create its signature fine bubbles. The wine was then bottled in a lightweight, resealable aluminium container—a first for sparkling wine in Australia and New Zealand—designed for sustainability and convenience, chilling faster than glass and eliminating the need for secondary packaging. This reflects Brown Brothers’ commitment to blending traditional winemaking with innovative, eco-friendly packaging solutions.
