Brown Brothers Patricia Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut 2021 is a premium cuvée crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the cool-climate King Valley. The blend of different wines used to make this sparkling wine — the cuvée — is made from carefully selected parcels representing the finest expression of each variety. Pinot Noir provides the backbone, with fullness, weight and length to the palate, whilst cool-climate Chardonnay contributes finesse, lightness and elegance, detectable through its aromatic lift and relatively high fruit intensity. The ultimate factor determining overall quality is the grape varieties represented in the various parcels selected for blending, with each parcel assessed for its contribution to the final wine’s character. Alcohol 11.5%.

The King Valley in Victoria’s Alpine region is one of Australia’s premier cool-climate wine regions, providing ideal conditions for the production of sparkling wine with finesse, elegance and delicacy of flavour.
