The Marlborough region of New Zealand is world renown for producing Sauvignon Blanc with unique character.

The parcels of Sauvignon Blanc fruit for the Drift Sauvignon Blanc 2019 vintage were fermented individually, with a long cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks ensuring optimal fruit characteristics were captured and maintained. Post fermentation the wines were racked off fine lees and left to settle. After a lengthy blending session to determine the ultimate blend, the wine was stabilised, filtered and bottled.
