The 2024 Zonzo Estate Scoperta Pinot Grigio, sourced from Yarra and King Valleys, combines 75% hand-picked and 25% machine-picked grapes. After pressing, the juice was chilled for three days to clarify before being racked to ferment with yeast strains EC118 and CY3079. Additionally, two barrels underwent wild fermentation in new oak, resulting in a wine fermented to complete dryness.
