Piano Piano Henry's Block Shiraz 2018 (Beechworth)

The 2018 vintage Henry's Block Shiraz from Piano Piano has classic cool climate pepper and spice, cherry whilst still showing some darker berry aromas.
The palate has elegant red berries flavours, spice, richness and an integrated oak finish. The fine chalky tannins add structure to this elegant wine.

"Crushed with a large percentage of whole berries and 10% whole bunches, fermentation in open vats with indigenous yeast, 14 days on skins. Matured for 20 months in French oak hogsheads and barriques (32% new). A good year brings forth another strong Henry's Block, velvety in texture and balanced in delivery, with an intense core of blackberries, licorice and smoky cigar box. And spice. What spice! Will age gracefully."
