An alternative release from Shiga brewers Kitajima, the Kitajima Sea Salt Yuzushu is made using local sake, but with a small addition of sea salt and four times the Yuzu of regular Yuzushu.

Aromas of fresh grapefruit and lemon butter gives the Kitajima Sea Salt Yuzushu a beautiful tart flavour. The finish is fresh and salty with flavours of orange and lemon peel and sea salt. Best served in cocktails or simply as a refreshing summer drink. Refrigerate after opening.
