The Goldilocks of the whites. Fresh cut pears, snow peas shoots and lemon thyme on the nose. Lime flowers and miso. Crisp, bone dry and moreish with twangy lemon sorbet finish on the palate.

The 2020 vintage Pinot Gris from Innocent Bystander saw even ripening conditions throughout the growing season, provided complexity in the Yarra Valley while the cool King Valley brought a delicious mineral citrus spike with fruit from Yarra (25%) & King Valley (75%), harvested February to March 2020 with a combination of whole bunch pressed and de-stemmed to press 85% stainless steel cold fermentation to hold onto that freshness, 15% matured in French oak for that lush mouth feel.
