Winery & Vintage Info

The King Valley experienced a warmer and drier growing season than usual. Most months saw daytime temperatures above the long-term average, with the exception of a wet November that prepared the vineyards for a dry summer. Despite elevated temperatures, there were no extreme weather events or prolonged heatwaves, just sustained warm conditions. Following spring, disease pressure was minimal, and precise irrigation maintained vine health. The grapes were harvested in excellent condition, showcasing strong varietal character. The reds and muscats particularly thrived, producing some exceptional parcels of fruit, marking 2025 as a standout vintage.

A short period of time of skin contact prior to pressing results in a delicate pale rosé colour. The wine is then fermented and left on lees for added mouth-feel.
