Brown Brothers Prosecco Brut Reserve 2025 is the pinnacle of the Brown Brothers Prosecco range — a single vineyard wine from the Banksdale vineyard in the King Valley, made from 100% King Valley fruit and fermented in a pressure tank to five atmospheres to retain the fine, delicate bubbles that fill the palate. Vibrant, refreshing, and dry, with aromas of Granny Smith apple and lemon zest, this is a drier style of Prosecco of genuine elegance and cool climate precision. Enjoy while fresh and young.

Appearance

Vibrant pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles — the elegant, inviting pour of a single vineyard King Valley Prosecco from the Banksdale vineyard at 485 metres above sea level, and the reserve selection from that site.

Aroma

Granny Smith apple and lemon zest — the classic cool climate Prosecco aromatic profile in crisp, expressive form, with the freshness and purity that the King Valley’s altitude and long ripening season consistently deliver.

Palate

Crisp, fresh, and beautifully balanced — fine, delicate bubbles filling the palate with apple and citrus character and the clean, dry finish of a Prosecco Brut Reserve of genuine refinement. Cool climate precision in every sip.

Pairs With

Whitebait with lemon aioli, freshly shucked oysters, or crumbed whiting fillets — or a selection of goat’s cheese and camembert. The crisp acidity and fine bubbles make this a natural and elegant partner for seafood and soft cheeses in every direction.

Producer History

Brown Brothers is one of Australia’s most recognised and beloved family wine producers, established in 1889 by John Francis Brown in Milawa, in the foothills of the Victorian Alps. Now in its fourth generation of family ownership, the Brown family has spent more than 130 years pioneering varieties and regions that others overlooked — and nowhere is that pioneering spirit more evident than in the King Valley, where Brown Brothers helped establish Australia’s Prosecco industry. The King Valley is climatically the closest region in Australia to north-east Italy, and the Banksdale vineyard at 485 metres above sea level is the perfect home for Australia’s premium Prosecco. The Brut Reserve is the reserve selection from that site — a single vineyard wine that showcases the attributes of the vintage and the pinnacle of what King Valley Prosecco can be.
