Petal & Stem is a Marlborough winery built around a simple idea: a healthy vineyard ecosystem makes better wine. Winemaker Natalie Christensen cultivates wildflowers between the vine rows, creating habitat for beneficial insects that naturally protect the vines and keep pests in check — no harsh chemical interventions, just a flourishing ecosystem doing what it does best.

The wines are Marlborough at its most direct — Sauvignon Blanc with crisp acidity and vibrant fruit, and Pinot Gris with delicate pear and stone fruit character. Made by a winery that takes its relationship with the land seriously.
