Collection: Fermoy | Wilyabrup, Margaret River

Fermoy has been farming the same 14 hectares in Wilyabrup since 1985. The estate sits beside the Wilyabrup Brook, just 4.5km from the Indian Ocean — close enough that the maritime influence is felt in every vintage, shaping wines of natural freshness, fine structure and genuine regional character.

Wilyabrup is one of Margaret River's most respected areas for Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Ancient gravel loam over clay, a mild Mediterranean climate and strong coastal influence give Fermoy the foundation for wines of balance and precision. These are not wines built for spectacle. They are built for the table, for the cellar, and for the long term.

Vineyard Manager Andy Keig has led the estate for nearly 25 years with a less-is-more philosophy — reducing inputs, lowering tractor passes, planting mid-row cover crops to improve soil health and biodiversity. Senior Winemaker Jeremy Hodgson carries the same discipline into the winery.

Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay are the heart of the Fermoy story. Wilyabrup gives both varieties the structure, elegance and sense of place that define the estate.
