Collection: Champagne Bollinger

Bollinger champagne is known for its rich and complex flavour profile. This is due to the high proportion of Pinot Noir grapes used in the blend, which gives the champagne its distinctive full-bodied taste. In fact, Bollinger is one of the few champagne houses that still use oak barrels for fermentation, adding depth and richness to the final product.

Bollinger follows the traditional method of champagne production, known as méthode champenoise. This involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle, which creates the signature bubbles in the champagne. The wine is aged for an extended period of time in Bollinger's cellars, allowing the flavours to develop and mature.

One of the key factors that sets Bollinger apart is its commitment to quality. The house only produces a limited quantity of champagne each year, ensuring that each bottle is crafted with care and attention to detail. Bollinger also has a reputation for consistency, with each vintage maintaining the house's signature style and character.
